Yes — we have an access ramp at the entrance, wide doorways, an accessible reception, wheelchair-adapted consulting rooms and an accessible toilet. Please see our Accessibility page for the full list of facilities.

Typically 45–60 minutes. This includes paperwork, an initial consultation, a comprehensive examination, any necessary X-rays and photos, and a discussion of findings and next steps. See our First Appointment page for the full breakdown.
Do I need to prepare anything before my first visit?
Bring ID, a list of any medications, and any previous dental records or X-rays if you have them. If you’re anxious about the visit, let us know when booking — we’re happy to make small adjustments (extra time, a familiarisation walkthrough, N₂O sedation if suitable) to make your experience easier.
Can I book online or do I need to phone?
Both options are available. Call us during opening hours, use our online booking form on this site, or send us a message — we’ll come back to you within one working day, often the same day.
